Christian Christmas Gifts in Bulk for Your Church

By · October 23, 2026 · 4 min read

Christmas gift guide cover: Christian Christmas Gifts in Bulk for Your Church.

Picture a church administrator at her desk in early November, a spreadsheet open with the names of everyone who served this year. The column beside each name is empty.

Short answer: a church can order Christian Christmas gifts in bulk in Canada by requesting a quote for 10 to 200 pieces, approving a proof, and paying by card.

She has done this before, and it never goes smoothly. Somebody asks whether the gift can have a name on it. Somebody else asks what the total will be. A board member asks, quietly, whether it will arrive before the Christmas Eve service.

Those are the three questions that matter in a bulk order: what's on it, what it costs, and when it arrives. This guide answers them for the way we work, and says where the answer is still "it depends."

How a church order works

  1. You tell us what you need. Choose the gifts and quantities on our church page and say who they're for. Church orders run from 10 to 200 pieces.

  2. We send a quote and a proof within one business day. The proof is the exact artwork, with your names on it.

  3. You approve and pay by card. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged, until you approve.

  4. We make it and ship one box to your church, with tracking. One shipment goes to one address.

What the price depends on

You pay one price per piece, in Canadian dollars, before shipping and HST. The price per piece comes down as the quantity goes up. We don't publish a per-piece table yet, so the exact numbers arrive in your quote, and the quote doesn't change after you approve it.

Shipping is one shipment to your church, quoted for your postal code. HST is added for your province.

For a sense of scale, our gifts are $25 each when bought one at a time (our price on 23 Oct). Your quote shows the price per piece for your gift and your quantity.

When it arrives

The latest day to order is calculated, not guessed. For each occasion, we count business days of production plus a buffer, and shipping time is on top of that. See the order-by dates on the churches page for the current ones. We keep dates on that page and not in this article, so they never go out of date.

Three gifts to start with

  1. Names of Christ Mug, $25 each as a single (our price on 23 Oct). The names given to the promised child at Christmas are stacked around the mug in graded type, and a name can be added at the base. Best for: volunteers and Sunday school teachers, one name per mug. Not for: anyone who'd rather have something to hang on a wall.

  2. Pastor Appreciation Mug, $25 each as a single (our price on 23 Oct). Carries the pastor's name, the church's name and Paul's words of thanks. Best for: a congregation giving one gift from everyone to its pastor or staff. Not for: gifts to the wider congregation.

  3. The Word Became Flesh Print, $25 each as a single (our price on 23 Oct). A quiet print with Christmas words from the Gospel of John, centred on the page with generous margins. Best for: a staff office or a gift to the congregation's households. Not for: children's classes.

Questions to ask any supplier

You don't have to order from us to use these. They apply to anyone.

Ask whether you'll see a proof with your own names before anything is made. Ask what the price includes, and whether shipping and HST are inside it or on top. Ask who you'll talk to if one name is misspelled in a box of forty. And ask for the last day to order in writing, not as a rule of thumb.

A verse for the card

Paul ended a long letter about giving with a sentence short enough to put on a card.

Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift. (2 Corinthians 9:15, KJV)

How we chose

The gifts above are ours, and we list them because we can show you a proof before you pay. We haven't added other sellers' items to this guide, because a bulk order has to come through us, in one box, with one proof. Where we've stated a price, it's the price on 23 Oct. Where we haven't, it's because the number depends on your quantity and we won't guess. How we pick the other gifts on our site, and what we earn from them, is on our disclosure page.

Questions people ask

  • How many pieces can a church order? From 10 to 200 pieces. For fewer than 10, order from the shop.
  • When are we charged? After you approve the proof. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged, until then.
  • Is the price per piece lower for larger orders? Yes. The price per piece comes down as the quantity goes up. The exact numbers for your gift and quantity are in your quote.
  • Does the quote include shipping and HST? The quote shows the price per piece before shipping and HST. Shipping is one shipment to your church, quoted for your postal code, and HST is added for your province.
  • What's the last day to order for Christmas? See the order-by dates on the churches page. They're calculated from production time plus a buffer, with shipping time on top.
