Cool Christian Gifts is a division of ChurchWiseAI LTD. This page says what we collect to make and deliver your order, who receives it, and what we do not do.
What we collect
- Your name, email and, if you give one, your phone number.
- Your shipping address.
- The wording you choose for your gift: names, dates, the verse, and for a church order the list of names.
- For a church order, your church or organisation’s name.
- If you ask for an engraved piece, the details you give us about it.
When you approve your order
When you check the preview and pay, or approve a proof, we record the time, your IP address and your browser, together with the exact text and artwork you approved, including a fingerprint of the file we send to print. That is evidence we keep in case something is disputed. We do not use it for anything else.
Who receives your information
- Our production partners receive what they need to make and ship your gift: the artwork, your name and delivery address, and a phone number only when the courier requires one.
- Stripe takes your payment on its own page. We never see or store your card number.
- Our email and hosting providers process your messages and our records on our behalf.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We email you about your order. We only send our journal or offers if you ask for them, and every such email has a way to stop them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us and tell us your order number. We may need to keep order records where the law or a dispute requires it.
