Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before shipping and tax. HST, or GST and PST where they apply, is worked out for your address and shown before you pay. The price you see is the price you are charged.
How an order works
- Made-to-order gifts. You choose the wording and check an exact preview. You pay, and only then is your gift printed. We do not send a separate proof.
- Engraved pieces. You ask for a quote. We send a quote and a proof. Nothing is charged until you approve the proof and pay.
- Orders for a church. You send a request. We send a quote and a proof. You approve and pay by card, and we make it and ship one box to your church.
Personalised items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged or different from what you approved. See Returns and final sale and Shipping.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
