The front is headed "When words are hard" and lists 16 passages in four groups: Comfort (Psalm 23, Psalm 139:1-18, Isaiah 41:10, Matthew 11:28-30, Romans 8:38-39), Anxiety and Fear (1 Peter 5:7, Philippians 4:6-7, Psalm 46:1-3, Psalm 121), Lament (Psalm 13, 42 and 88, Lamentations 3:22-23) and Dying and Hope (Psalm 90:12, John 11:25-26, Revelation 21:4). A church or team name runs along the bottom. The back carries 1 Peter 5:7 in full (WEB), "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.", with the line "You are not alone."
