Christmas ornament fundraiser
Your youth group, women’s ministry or any team in your church sells our personalised ceramic Church Christmas Ornament to your congregation at $15 each, and your group keeps $5 of every one (before shipping and tax).
Sell 50, and your group keeps $250 before shipping and tax. Your people pay your group $750 (50 × $15). We invoice your group $500 (50 × $10). The difference is yours; shipping to your church and GST or HST are added to our invoice.
Print the sign-up sheet and pass it around.
Each person writes their name, a phone number and how many they want, and ticks Paid when they hand you $15 an ornament. Every ornament is printed with your church’s name and the year. Open the printable sign-up sheet.
Send us the order by December 4.
Use the request form below, choose “Church ornament fundraiser”, and give your church name and the year as the words to print. Orders run from 10 to 200 ornaments.
We send a proof and an invoice for $10 an ornament.
You approve the proof and pay by card. Nothing is made until you do. Shipping to your church and GST or HST are added, as for every church order.
How the price works
You pay one price per piece, in Canadian dollars, before shipping and sales tax. The price per piece comes down as the quantity goes up, and the table below shows each step. Your quote repeats the exact numbers for your gifts and your quantity, and the quote does not change after you approve it. Shipping is one shipment to your church, quoted with your proof, plus GST or HST for your province.

Church gift calendar
The occasions churches order for, starting from this month. Where an occasion has a fixed date we work out the order-by date from 3 business days of production plus a 2-business-day buffer, or, for Christmas, from the production partner’s own Christmas cutoff when that is earlier. Shipping time is on top of that, and your quote gives the shipping estimate. Dates marked “usually” vary by church, so we do not calculate one: tell us when you need it.
