In an Emergency: Ontario numbers card (engraved metal)
A wallet-size metal card of Ontario emergency numbers, with a back to fill in
Made in our Ingersoll workshop
A credit-card-size card in black anodized aluminum, made for a church or organisation to hand out. The front lists the Ontario numbers people reach for in an emergency: 911 for police, fire and EMS; 811 for Health811 nurse advice; the poison centre at 1-800-268-9017; 988 for the crisis line, by call or text; and 211 for community help. Your church or organisation name runs along the bottom.
The back has four labelled boxes: Name, Allergies, Medications and Call. They are engraved empty, for the person carrying the card to fill in with a white or silver paint pen. A standard black marker will not show on black aluminum.
The numbers are Ontario numbers. Outside Ontario, check that they apply where your people live.
Type your bottom line, for example Compliments of Grace Church. Leave it blank and the card reads Compliments of Your Church. One design for the whole order.
Engraved in our Ingersoll workshop. You see a proof before anything is engraved, and you approve it or ask for changes. Ships within Canada.
The first two photos are previews rendered on a photo of our actual card; your card is engraved to order on the same blank. Exact position and fine texture vary slightly. The two flat images: Preview rendered from the engraving file; your card is engraved to order on the same black aluminum blank.
In the box: your engraved cards.
